Our project management begins when we define the scope and budget for your project with you. We then utilize our experience and expertise in renovation projects to prepare the overall project plan. Elements of our Project Management Plan includes: Scope and budget management, Schedule management, Material planning management, Staffing management and Client communication management. We don't hope to complete your project on time - We plan on it.

Our skilled craftsmen and tradesmen comprise all of the relevant skills necessary to complete the full scope of your project. These skills include: framing and carpentry, drywall and painting, wall covering, carpeting, tile, marble and stone, masonry, electrical, and plumbing and fixtures.

We provide renovation services ranging from limited scope projects to complete facility renovation. These services include guestrooms and baths, hallways, lobbies, public areas, restaurants and bars, offices and service areas, as well as exterior and entry renovation. We also provide facility upgrades for ADA handicapped access and seismic retrofitting to insure compliance with governmental regulations and laws.
